Aircheck Compliance Coordinator

About the Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented team member to ensure the quality and compliance of radio and podcast host endorsement reads for our clients. In this role, you’ll listen to recorded audio segments and verify that they meet brand standards, legal guidelines, and internal quality benchmarks. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong listening skills, attention to detail, and an interest in advertising, media, or communications.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Listen to radio and podcast endorsement reads from on-air talent
• Ensure each endorsement complies with client-approved guidelines (the “do’s and don’ts”)
• Confirm hosts provide a personal experience or testimonial when required
• Flag any segments that fall short of quality, length, accuracy, or compliance standards
• Identify standout reads worth sharing with clients as strong examples
• Maintain clear documentation of all reviews for internal records
• Communicate findings to the team in a concise, organized manner
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed when aircheck compliance duties do not require a full 40-hour work week.
