Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst / Coordinator to provide supplementary staff support in maintaining and executing our existing GRC systems. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across business units to ensure compliance processes run smoothly, audits are well-documented, and risks are effectively tracked and managed.
Key Responsibilities: - Control Testing Support: Assist in designing and executing control tests within established frameworks.
- Evidence Collection: Gather and maintain documentation from business units for audits.
- User Access Reviews: Coordinate and document periodic access reviews of critical systems.
- Meeting Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Arrange, coordinate, and document GRC-related meetings (including audits, risk reviews, and policy committees).
- Issue & Remediation Tracking: Monitor open findings, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and drive timely closure.
- Risk Assessment Assistance: Support risk assessments for projects, systems, and vendors.
Requirements: - Prior experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Audit functions preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
Additional Information: - Fixed term - 8 months (Subject for extension or long term employment)
