Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support a growing quantity surveying and estimating business, providing comprehensive support in project cost management, estimation, and financial tracking.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of priced Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using UK measurement standards (SMM7, NRM2, etc.)
• Preparation of cost estimates and pricing documents for tender submissions
• Material Take-offs and measurement from drawings (2D PDFs)
• Supporting tender evaluations and commercial reports
• Produce accurate cost plans as per the RIBA Stages
• Assisting with contract administration and variations
• Regular communication and updates with UK-based team
• Maintaining organised project files and records
• Quality checking of all deliverables prior to submission
• Occasional liaison with clients via email or video call, as required
• Manage contractor payments and final account forecasting
• Produce, track and analyze project cash flows
• Analyze project tender submissions & produce comparison document
• Support procurement and tendering processes
• Project Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate on project financial strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 3 years professional experience in quantity surveying
• Strong understanding of construction financial management
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial software
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

Preferred Skills:

• UK construction sector experience
• Professional certifications

Work Schedule (Mid shift)

• Monday to Friday 11AM-8PM; Manila Time

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by the company
