They will own the monthly organisation of all online events (including birthdays, etc.) among other tasks.

Summary:
The Employee Happiness Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our team members are engaged, motivated, and satisfied in their roles. Their chief responsibility is to create, manage, and execute initiatives that promote employee well-being, work satisfaction, and overall happiness, thereby contributing to enhanced retention and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement programs and activities to boost team morale and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Feedback Collection: Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on employee satisfaction, and act on findings to make continuous improvements.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee both online and in-office events, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and wellness programs.
  • Wellness Programs: Design and roll out wellness initiatives that address the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of staff.
  • Retention Strategies: Collaborate with HR to develop and refine strategies aimed at increasing employee retention.
  • Performance Rewards: Work with leadership to develop a rewards and recognition program that acknowledges outstanding performance and contributions to the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related role
Work Schedule:
  • Candidates must be willing to work in flexible schedule
Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid (2-3x per week in the office)
  • Must have a strong internet connection with minimum of 20 mbps- equipment provided; preferably within a 15km radius near Eastwood office.
