The Client
Founded on 2009, and located at Northern Ireland, the company provides tailored financial solutions for individuals and businesses facing complex debt and insolvency challenges, using bespoke strategies backed by deep corporate and financial expertise. FCA-regulated and award-winning, they work closely with leading financial institutions to turn overwhelming situations into clear, manageable plans with proven results.

The Role
We are looking for a consultant with three to five years of hands-on delivery experience who can build smart automation for small and mid-sized businesses and migrate existing setups into better, more scalable solutions. 

Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimise Airtable setups and bases 
  • Design Make workflows and full end to end automations 
  • Write Python scripts and small tools when needed 
  • Integrate systems through APIs and low code or no code platforms 
  • Migrate existing client solutions into new, cleaner and more scalable setups
  • Support AI and automation projects across the team and join client sessions 
Qualifications
  • Three to five years of consulting or technical delivery experience 
  • Airtable certified and Make certified with several real projects in each
  • Strong Python skills and general coding ability 
  • Solid experience working with APIs and building scalable automations
  • Good knowledge of low code and no code tools 
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator is a plus 
  • Clear communicator in English, reliable, self-sufficient and quality focused
  • Enthusiastic about AI and automation for SMEs 
Work Arrangement
  • Officebased: Alabang, Eastwood, SM North, Clark or Cebu.
Work Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 11AM - 8PM Manila Time
