Job Description:The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for proactively generating qualified appointments and leads for our clients various products and services across their different business lines, including candle manufacturing, accountancy firm, landscaping firm, and branding and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research to understand the clients diverse product offerings and target markets.
- Reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments.
- Developing and utilizing effective scripts and sales pitches to engage with prospects.
- Maintaining detailed records of all prospect interactions and lead status in the clients CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with the clients sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Providing regular performance reports and insights to the client on lead generation activities and results.
- Continuously optimizing lead generation strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates.
- Handling inbound calls from the dedicated UK phone number and routing them to the appropriate client contact.
- Adapting to different client needs by tailoring their approach to the specific requirements of each clients business.
- Coordinating with multiple sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and alignment on lead qualification criteria and sales processes.
Required Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of proven experience in a lead generation or inside sales role, preferably serving multiple clients/businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse prospects.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate different client needs and product knowledge.
- Proficient in using CRM software, as well as other lead generation tools and platforms.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Willingness to learn about new products and industries to effectively represent the clients offerings.
- Familiarity with various prospecting and outreach techniques, including cold calling, email, and social media.
Work Schedule: - 3:00PM to 12:00AM Manila Time
Work Location - Home-based
