Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented
Grant Fulfilment Operations to help us identify eligible grants for non-profit organizations and draft initial applications. You will be using the client’s platform (Search and AI Writer) to source opportunities, filter them based on strict criteria, and generate first-draft applications.
This role involves close collaboration with the Team Lead, who will provide initial coaching, sign off on your shortlists, and handle final client delivery.
Key Responsibilities Phase 1: Grant Sourcing & Eligibility Filtering - Data Input: Load provided non-profit organization profiles into the client’s platform Search tool.
- Eligibility Screening: Evaluate the generated grant results against the non-profit's profile. You must verify alignment across the following criteria:
- o Location: Does the non-profit operate in the grant’s target geographic area?
- o Project Alignment: Does the non-profit's specific project match the grant's mission?
- o Deadlines: The application deadline must be at least +1 week away from the date of review.
- o Grant Amount & Complexity: Ensure the funding amount and application complexity match the organization's capacity.
- o Application Process: Review the submission requirements for feasibility.
Phase 2: Review & Shortlisting - Compile a shortlist of eligible grants and share it with the Team Lead.
- The Team Lead will review and "greenlight" the approved options before they are sent to the end customer
Phase 3: Application Drafting (Target: 10 Applications) - For each approved grant on the shortlist, download the official application process/guidelines.
- Use the client’s platform AI Writer tool to generate a comprehensive first draft of the application.
- Deliver 10 completed high-quality drafts for final review.
Next Steps & Collaboration (What to Expect) - Onboarding & Coaching: The Team Lead will provide direct coaching at the start of the contract, specifically on how to accurately filter for grant eligibility and navigate the client’s platform tools.
- Final Delivery: Once your 10 AI-assisted drafts are complete, the Team Lead will handle the formal sign-up on each application portal and submit the finalized materials to the customer.
Requirements - Experience with grant research, non-profit workflows, or content curation.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and platforms (experience with Goodstack is a major plus but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail (missing a deadline or location requirement disqualifies the work).
- Strong communication skills for smooth collaboration
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Manila Time
Work Arrangement: Home-based

- Must be residing near Quezon City or Alabang
