JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conducts in-depth research and analysis related to various aspects of recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Gather relevant data and insights through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Navigator and etc. that can contribute to the overall effectiveness of the practices within the organization.
• Screen resumes and applications of students within the educational space.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively regarding project deadlines.
• Enhance and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Work Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday - 8AM TO 5PM CST or 9PM TO 6AM PH

Work Location:

• Home based
• Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS); equipment is provided
