Job Description:

Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Conduct cash flow forecasting activities every week to ensure adequate liquidity.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Assist with monthly close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting principles and rules.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role.
In-depth knowledge of US accounting principles and rules.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in forecasting and cash flow management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reconciliation processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar accounting software.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Familiarity with financial analysis tools and techniques.
  
Good to Have:
CPA certification or progress towards certification.
