The Role
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team, catering to the combined operations of the company both integral components of our parent organization.
This unique opportunity involves fulfilling the following roles:
 
Scheduler
As a Scheduler, your primary duty will be to efficiently manage incoming inquiries and bookings from our valued customers.
 
Key responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
• Scheduling on-site appointments for our skilled technicians.
• Utilizing tools such as Google Maps to optimize technician routes and travel times.
• Adhering to established protocols for booking technicians on longer trips.
• Demonstrate adaptability and quick decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the role.
 
Level 1 IT Helpdesk Technician
Joining the company IT as a Level 1 IT Helpdesk Technician offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to our clientele.
 
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Handling remote Level 1 IT support tasks for our diverse customer base.
• Engaging with customers via email, chat, and occasional phone calls to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical queries and concerns.
• Collaborating with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Extensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for success in this role.
 
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to evolving procedures and guidelines.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology tools such as Google Maps.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles.
• Hardware troubleshooting a must as this is 90% of why our customers call us, sometimes requiring us to ask the correct questions.
• A keen willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
• Must have AU or neutral accent

Work Schedule: 
  • Monday to Friday 6:30am-3:30pm PH Time
Work Location: 
  • Homebased ; Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS); Equipment is provided.
