The Client It is a data-driven and AI-enabled digital property investment platform that helps you find, buy and manage the best investment properties. We make property investing simple, transparent and more profitable.
The company was launched with the ambition to make property investment simple, time-efficient and more profitable by using data, proprietary AI algorithms and an online platform to offer an end-to-end property investment service. It’s the “next gen” in buyer’s agent services.
The Role UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our needs and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements and skills Must haves: - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Very good experience with Figma (more than Wireframe cc or Invision, because this is the tool we're using today)
- Very good experience with mobile apps and desktop apps
- Ability to look around (competition, best practices, well-designed apps etc) and cherry pick the best ideas
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
Nice to haves: - Ability to design a corporate website
- Ability to design PowerPoint templates or slides
- Ability to design Facebook Ads (or Internet ads in general)
- Ability to design printed assets (eg kakemonos, flyers etc)
Additional Information Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday 6am-3pm PH Time
Work Location: - Homebased ; Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS); Equipment is provided
