About the Role This is a role that combines business operations, practice support and executive support. You’ll work closely with our Founder, helping keep the business running smoothly while supporting the projects, systems and initiatives that continue to move it forward.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply complete tasks. You’ll be trusted to think, take ownership, solve problems and continually improve the way we work.

What You’ll Be Doing Business Operations - Coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and improve internal processes, templates and documentation.
- Support business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep priorities, workflows and deadlines running smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify the way we work.
Practice & Client Support - Coordinate client onboarding and engagement documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and business documentation.
- Support ASIC, ATO and other practice administration requirements.
- Assist with workflow management and compliance deadlines.
- Help deliver a consistently professional client experience.
Executive Support - Support the Founder with scheduling, meeting preparation and key priorities.
- Prepare presentations, reports and business correspondence.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and provide executive support as required.
TechnologyYou’ll work across a range of modern business systems, including Microsoft 365, practice management, document management, CRM, workflow and digital signing platforms.
Experience with professional services software such as Xero Practice Manager, FYI, CAS 360, BGL or similar platforms is advantageous, but not essential.
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with technology, enjoys learning new systems and is always looking for better ways of working.
