The Outsourced “Pay it Forward” program aims to “Share, Equip and Inspire” the community through various charity outreach activities. The company and employees donate time and resources to those less fortunate.

The Outsourced Pay it Forward Outreach has included numerous programs such as widening the library of Bagumbayan Elementary School and giving Christmas hampers to the children and providing equipment and activities at Tahanang Walang Hagdan, a rehabilitation and workshop centre with the aim of uplifting the lives of orthopedically handicapped people.

We care for the environment

Outsourced values its contribution to the community by incorporating Environmental, Social, and corporate Governance (ESG) factors within the organisation. Our risk management framework includes focus in identifying and managing ESG risks such as climate change, natural resource depletion, human rights violations, labor practices, legal liabilities, and operational disruptions.

In addition, we are continuously looking for ways to promote environmental sustainability through the use of energy-efficient systems such as energy-efficient lighting and appliances; paperless operations to reduce paper usage, printing costs and waste; adaptation of hybrid work set-up to lessen employee commute and decrease carbon footprint; and partnering with suppliers that have strong environment and social programs. Outsourced believes ESG management is an ongoing improvement process, hence, our team ensures regular review and refinement of our strategies, programs and policies based on performance and stakeholder feedback.
