We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is equal parts creator, strategist, and optimizer. We need someone who understands that content and SEO are growth engines, not checkboxes. You'll own our entire organic ecosystem and inherit a well established SEO machine producing the majority of our pipeline and bookings. This includes SEO, AEO, GEO/local authority, content production, website performance, webinars, and event content. You'll serve as the hands-on operator who builds and executes a modern organic strategy in a competitive market, finding scrappy ways to outrank larger players and drive measurable pipeline. This is a foundational role for a marketer who wants to make an outsized impact on a fast-moving team undergoing major transformation. What You'll Do SEO, AEO, GEO & Website Ownership - Own, deepen, and scale Compliancy Group's organic strategy across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO/local authority, and LLM search surfaces, ensuring our content wins across Google, AI chat surfaces, and industry-specific searches.
- Drive competitive search strategy: continuously identify "win opportunities," SERP vulnerabilities, and content white space to outperform entrenched competitors.
- Own technical and on-page SEO: site structure, schema markup, internal linking, metadata, page speed, Core Web Vitals.
- Manage and optimize our WordPress site: UX, conversion paths, CRO testing, analytics, and multi-channel CTA optimization.
- Build and execute an annual organic content roadmap aligned to revenue targets and mid-market growth objectives.
- Lead content + SEO strategy for our 2026 website rebrand, partnering with design, product marketing, and agency resources.
Content Creation & Management - Produce a steady cadence of SEO/AEO-optimized blogs, guides, landing pages, gated assets, and tools that improve rankings, visibility, and conversions.
- Refresh, repurpose, and expand high-value evergreen content to maintain and improve performance.
- Transform expert insights into compelling thought leadership across compliance, risk management, HIPAA/OSHA, and broader healthcare trends.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure tight alignment with sales enablement, demand gen, product marketing, and PLG motions.
Webinars & Thought Leadership - Lead webinar strategy, content development, and execution including topics, outlines, speaker prep, promotion, and post-event content.
- Build repeatable content frameworks so every event produces a library of assets (blogs, clips, social posts, email follow-up, etc.).
What You'll Bring - 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or a competitive, fast-moving category.
- Deep, modern SEO expertise, including AEO, schema, LLM optimization, backlink strategy, and tools like GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, etc.
- A data-driven approach with experience tracking, measuring, and reporting content performance to executives. This role has high visibility with senior leadership, making clear communication and business impact critical.
- Experience building content that ranks, converts, and grows pipeline, supported by clear analytics and KPIs.
- Hands-on WordPress management experience (basic HTML/CSS familiarity, plugin management, on-page SEO).
- Strong project management skills; ability to run multiple content tracks simultaneously in a lean team environment.
- Ability to translate subject matter expertise into digestible, high-performing content for stakeholders across SMB and mid-market audiences.
- Comfort presenting ideas, defending strategy, and showing impact using data.
Bonus Points - Prior high growth startup experience
- Experience supporting or leading a website rebrand.
- Strong design sensibility (Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, workflows, or email automation.
- Understanding of healthcare or other regulated industries.
