Junior Legal Content Writer (Homebased)

Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Content Writer to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for law firm lead generation, focusing on big legal cases. You will receive detailed outlines, research, and guidelines from the client and will be responsible for turning these into clear, engaging, and compliant long-form articles and pages
Responsibilities:

• Write SEO-optimized legal content for law firms (local and nationally oriented pages for lead generation).
• Follow detailed outlines and section-by-section instructions provided by the client (no independent research/outlining required).
• Produce original content without using AI tools (no AI-generated or copied content).
• Write clearly at approximately an 8th-grade reading level in American English.
• Follow strict content rules and style guidelines (e.g., restricted word usage such as avoiding "you're," etc.).
• Incorporate keywords and examples provided by the client while maintaining readability and compliance.
• Revise content based on client feedback and improve over time to minimize editing needs.
• Manage time effectively to consistently reach monthly content output targets (e.g., 20 pages in the first month with ramp-up to around 30 pages/month as the writer becomes more efficient)

 
Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail - content should require minimal heavy editing.
• Proven experience in content writing (legal, technical, or other structured long-form content). Atleast 2 years
• Ability to closely follow instructions and guidelines and stay consistent across pieces.
• Comfortable working with Google Docs / Google Drive for writing and collaboration.
• Capable of working independently, managing workload, and meeting output expectations.
• Willingness to complete tests or live/sample assignments during the recruitment process to demonstrate writing quality, speed, and adherence to instructions
• Experience writing legal content or for law firms (not required, as legal knowledge will be provided through outlines and guidelines).
• Familiarity with SEO principles (on-page best practices, keyword placement, headings, etc.).
• Must be willing to work from M to F, 9pm to 6am PH Time
