We are seeking an Architectural Graduate / Draftsperson / mid-level Architect with exceptional REVIT skills. Multi-residential experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
•Develop schematic designs for authority approval
•Develop approved drawings to construction level finish
•Coordinate consultant documentation and integrate with Architectural plans
  
Skills required:
•Hold a tertiary qualification in Architectural drafting or Architecture
•Be proficient in Revit, SketchUp & Adobe creative suite
•Have a good working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and building construction
•Be able to work autonomously
•Be efficient with time management
•Have excellent communication skills
•Have an excellent understanding of construction and architectural detailing
  
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm MNL time)
Must Have atleast 50mbps internet connection
