Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide exceptional customer support through telephone, email, and online chat. You will assist customers with enquiries, coordinate consultations and installations, manage scheduling activities, and ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting service level targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and online chat.
• Schedule customer consultations and installations using CRM systems, Google Maps, and relevant tools to ensure efficient appointment planning.
• Respond accurately to customer enquiries regarding pricing, products, and general information.
• Assist customers with payment processing through the IVR system.
• Achieve performance targets and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting B2C customers, particularly within premium or high-end products and services.
• Proven experience in scheduling or appointment coordination
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management platforms
• Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and metrics
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining high service standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila Time
Work Schedule (After training): Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–4:00 AM, and Saturday - Sunday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. Day off will fall on a weekday.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (18th Floor, Citibank Square, Eastwood City Cyberpark, Quezon City)
