About the client (AU)
A growing Architectural Firm, working in the Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality sectors. Our services cover a wide range, including architectural design, feasibility studies, master planning, and interior design. 
 
We are seeking an Architectural Graduate / Draftsperson / mid-level Architect with exceptional REVIT skills. Multi-residential experience is a bonus.
 
Responsibilities

• Develop schematic designs for authority approval
• Develop approved drawings to construction level finish
• Coordinate consultant documentation and integrate with Architectural plans

Required Skills

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Architectural drafting or Architecture
• Be proficient in Revit, SketchUp & Adobe creative suite
• Have a good working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and building construction
• Be able to work autonomously
• Be efficient with time management
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an excellent understanding of construction and architectural detailing

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (6:30AM-3:30PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
