The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll strengthen our systems capability through data management, workflow automation, and platform integration. Working across business units, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enable better decision-making across the company. 
 
What you'll do
● Data governance - Manage database environments, performance, integrity and access controls
● Automation - Design and build automations that reduce manual work and improve consistency
● Systems integration - Build API-based integrations between internal platforms and third-party tools
● Data migration - Plan and execute migrations, data mapping and validation for platform transitions
● Leadership - Lead and develop a high-performing data and automation team
● Documentation - Maintain clear technical docs and best practices across data, automation and integrations
 
Qualifications
● Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field
● Proven experience in database management, workflow automation and API integrations
● Strong attention to detail, structured thinking and a collaborative approach
● Five (5) years working experience
 
Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM
