The Client
A Dublin-based financial services technology company that uses AI, digital infrastructure, and data-driven tools to help brokers and lenders streamline mortgage origination while expanding into integrated insurance, life, and pensions solutions.

The Role
The Web Developer / Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company's online presence by maintaining and enhancing its website while also creating and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
 
Key Duties
 
Web Development

• Develop, maintain, and update the company website and web-based applications.
• Implement website enhancements, new features, and design improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security and optimal performance.
• Optimize website functionality, speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on website projects and digital improvements.

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow the online community.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate website and social media content to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6AM-3PM PHT
Work Location: Homebased
