Job Description
You will work closely with the CMO to produce everything from quarterly fund updates and investor emails to LinkedIn content, webinar logistics, and HubSpot campaign management. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations — and you will need to move between those contexts comfortably.
The right person for this role is not a generalist who fires off campaigns. They are a detail-oriented, quality-obsessed marketer who understands that in a business like ours, one exceptional communication is worth more than ten mediocre ones.
Responsibilities:
Client Communications - Produce quarterly fund updates, market commentaries, and investor newsletters — working from content provided by the CIO team and shaping it into polished, on-brand communications.
- Manage client communications: drafting, scheduling, and distributing segmented email campaigns via HubSpot.
- Prepare event invitations, post-event follow-ups, and onboarding communications.
- Maintain and improve email templates across client tiers (Tier A through C), ensuring tone and format are calibrated to the audience.
Content and Thought Leadership - Support the execution of LinkedIn thought leadership programme: formatting and scheduling posts, managing the content calendar, and tracking engagement.
- Format written content — including editing, proofreading, and visual presentation — for whitepapers, market commentaries, and investor education materials.
- Create presentation slides, one-pagers, and pitch support materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with the CIO and investment team to ensure content is sourced, reviewed, and published on schedule.
CRM and Data Management - Own the day-to-day management of HubSpot instance: list management, contact tagging, segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Run quarterly data audits and produce gap reports for Sales and Operations.
- Build and manage email workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards in HubSpot.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the client tagging taxonomy (Client Type, Tier, Lifecycle Stage, Communication Preferences).
Go-to-Market Support - Support every new fund or product launch with materials coordination, communication scheduling, and HubSpot setup — ensuring everything is ready before the investment team begins conversations.
- Maintain the GTM checklist and track completion of each milestone across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Manage the Docsend library: uploading, organizing, and tracking investor materials.
Events and Webinars - Manage the operational logistics of webinar programme: Zoom setup, registration pages, reminder sequences, recording distribution, and post-event communications.
- Support event coordination for investor dinners and roundtables: invitations, RSVP tracking, run-of-show, and follow-up.
Reporting and Operations - Produce the weekly marketing dashboard and monthly performance summary, tracking relationship-quality metrics rather than volume KPIs.
- Manage marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are visible and dependencies are flagged early.
Liaise with external design and creative suppliers on an as-needed basis, providing clear briefs and managing delivery
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, professional services, or a high-trust B2B environment.
- Proficient in HubSpot — you should be comfortable building workflows, managing lists, creating email campaigns, and pulling reports without needing to be taught the basics.
- Proficient in Zoom — including webinar setup, registration management, and post-event distribution.
- Proficient in Canva — able to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials without relying on a designer for every task.
- Strong written English. You will be producing communications for a sophisticated financial audience. Attention to tone, accuracy, and clarity is non-negotiable.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams simultaneously — GTM launches, comms calendar, CRM maintenance, event logistics — and managing your own priorities without close supervision
- Must be willing to work from M to F, 7am to 4pm PH Time
