Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email)
• Build and optimize funnels and landing pages
• Support website updates and basic SEO
• Track performance and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, conversions)
• Manage and optimize incoming leads from campaigns and vendors
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in digital marketing + lead generation
Working knowledge of:
o Funnel and landing page creation
o Website management + SEO fundamentals
o Google Ads / Meta Ads
o CRM systems and call tracking tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Reliable remote setup (fast internet, professional workspace)
Success Metrics
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Conversion rates
• Campaign performance / ROI
Must have:

•  Proven digital marketing & lead generation experience 
•  Strong paid ads expertise (Google Ads + Meta Ads) 
•  Funnel, landing page, and basic website/SEO knowledge 
•  Strong analytical skills + CRM/reporting proficiency

Nice to have:

•  Experience with multiple marketing channels (email marketing, automation, or multi-channel campaign coordination) 
•  Advanced SEO or technical website optimization experience 
•  Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (beyond basic reporting dashboards) 
•  Experience working in fully remote, vendor-based, or offshore team setups 
•  Experience with Podcasts / Webinars

Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 11:00pm - 8am Manila Time (Flexible)
Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
