The Role As the
Senior SEO Growth Lead, you will be responsible for setting the strategic SEO direction & execution for company brands. This involves conducting in-depth keyword and competitor research, staying ahead of Google's evolving algorithms, and implementing data-driven SEO strategies that improve organic traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to execute SEO best practices and optimize digital content, ensuring company's brands remain highly visible and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals for multiple brands under the company's portfolio.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and industry trends to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Establish technical SEO best practices, optimizing site structure, speed, indexability, and user experience for search engines.
- Collaborate with brand managers and content teams to optimize on-page SEO elements, including metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Implement structured data markup (Schema.org) to enhance search visibility and featured snippets.
Content & Performance Optimization - Partner with the content marketing team to develop SEO-driven content strategies that enhance organic reach and engagement.
- Ensure all digital assets (web pages, blogs, landing pages, product pages) are optimized for relevant search intent.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track SEO performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to monitor site health, backlinks, and technical performance.
Technical SEO & Web Development Collaboration - Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed optimization, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals).
- Manage site migrations, redirects, and indexing to prevent technical SEO pitfalls.
- Oversee the execution of structured data, canonical tags, and hreflang implementation for multilingual SEO.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO - Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
- Monitor and manage company's backlink profile, identifying and disavowing toxic links when necessary.
- Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Leverage PR, influencer outreach, and partnerships for organic link acquisition.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Establish KPIs and build reports tracking organic search performance, keyword rankings, traffic growth, and ROI.
- Use data insights to refine SEO strategy and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experiments to improve organic conversion rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a consumer goods, healthcare, or e-commerce setting.
- Proven track record of executing SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic and revenue growth.
- Stay on top of algorithm updates, competitor strategies, and SEO trends to ensure company remains competitive in search
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, website architecture, Core Web Vitals, and site speed optimization.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Magento) and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Looker Studio, or similar tools for SEO reporting.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in local SEO & e-commerce SEO.
- Knowledge of PPC & SEM strategies to collaborate with paid media teams.
- Understanding of content marketing & digital PR
- Experience in AI-driven search optimization and voice search SEO.
