About the Role
Our Australian content creators film all content using detailed scripts and shot lists. They upload the raw footage to Dropbox and your role is to transform that footage into engaging, high-retention videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook while following our editing framework and brand guidelines.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
 Follow our editing framework and content structure.
 Create strong visual and written hooks within the first 1-3 seconds.
 Create engaging captions and subtitle animations.
 Maintain consistent branding across text, subtitles, fonts, colours and graphics.
 Use jump cuts, zooms, frame changes and pattern interrupts to maximise retention.
 Add sound effects, transitions and motion graphics where appropriate.
 Use trending music relevant to each platform and brand.
 Source suitable B-roll where required.
 Colour correct footage and improve audio quality.
 Export videos in the correct formats.
 Deliver edits on time and meet agreed deadlines.
 Complete revision requests quickly and accurately.
 Communicate proactively if deadlines are at risk.
 
What We're Looking For
 Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
 Audience retention and scroll-stopping hooks.
 Pattern interrupts, pacing and storytelling.
 Watch-time optimisation.
 Caption styling, sound design and viral editing techniques.
 
Essential Skills
 Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or Final Cut Pro.
 Experience editing short-form social media content.
 Excellent English comprehension.
 Strong attention to detail.
 Reliable internet connection.
 Able to work independently and follow feedback consistently.

Work Schedule: M to F 7am to 4pm PH
Work Location: WFH
