As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of deal management processes and providing critical support to ensure operational efficiency. Working closely with our Go-To Market teams, you will be the backbone of streamlining our Enterprise deal cycles. This is a role ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical team player with experience in Salesforce and a background in SaaS who can handle fast context switching over the course of your day. If you're passionate about enhancing performance and scalability within a sales organization, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Deal Management & Support (Primary Focus)
- Own the deal close-to-provisioning process — review every enterprise deal closure in Salesforce for accuracy, data completeness, and document any non-standard customer requests. Hand off those deals to the finance team for invoicing and collection downstream.
- Provide assistance on pricing, commercial terms, balancing deal velocity with company policy
- Unblock Sales and CS teams on their work by providing technical help on opportunities, quotes, and draft order forms.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships in supplier/vendor management software like Coupa, Ariba, or Zip.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure seamless progression through procurement steps affecting a deal Deal Processing
- Activate and manage all Enterprise customer subscriptions, and ensure their ARR is reporting accurately internally for the business
- Review all inbound Purchase Orders (PO's) and attribute them to the correct closed/won deals. Document and hand off these to the Finance team for billing. Operations Enablement
- Maintain deal desk playbooks, knowledge base articles, tool documentation, and pricing guidelines
- Continuously improve workflows and process to meet the evolving needs of the Finance team Experience
- 3+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related business systems role
- Proven history with Salesforce, CPQ, and billing tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Stripe, Sequence) is required
- Background in high-growth SaaS companies or startups preferred
- Knowledge with contract structures and basic legal principles — MSAs, order forms, and basic redline processes.
• Experience using other related tools like Intercom and Ironclad is a huge plus.

• Excellent cross-team collaboration — you can work effectively with sales or cs reps, finance teams, and legal in the same day

Work Setup (Homebased) - Schedule: 3am-12pm Manila time, Monday to Friday
