Responsibilities:
 
Frontline Communication

• Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently (Australian customers)
• Manage shared sales inbox (Outlook)
• Respond to enquiries promptly and in a clear, professional tone
• Triage and assign incoming leads to the sales team

Sales Administration & Pipeline Management

• Create and manage enquiries in ClickUp (pipeline system)
• Ensure all enquiries are up-to-date and progressing
• Prepare accurate quotes using BrandEngine software
• Maintain clean and organised data across systems

Sales Support & Growth

• Support lead generation activities when capacity allows
• Identify repeat customers and prompt follow-ups
• Assist the sales team in maintaining consistent customer contact
• Attend daily sales huddles and weekly team meetings

Additional Notes:

• Schedule: 7AM-4PM PHT
• Work Setup: 100% Office-Based (Open to a hybrid arrangement, subject to client approval)
