About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled
Link Builder / Outreach Specialist to join our growing team and support SEO client projects. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing link-building strategies, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving SEO performance through high-quality backlink acquisition.
This is a
long-term remote opportunity ideal for someone who has strong outreach experience, understands SEO fundamentals, and can confidently build relationships with website owners and partners to secure valuable backlink opportunities.
Key Responsibilities - Execute and continuously refine link-building strategies for multiple SEO client campaigns.
- Conduct email outreach campaigns to promote client content and secure backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Use Ahrefs to perform backlink analysis, identify opportunities, and support SEO growth initiatives.
- Research and evaluate link-building prospects while identifying and avoiding spam or low-quality websites.
- Build and maintain relationships with website owners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate backlink placements and pricing while ensuring strong ROI and budget efficiency.
- Track, monitor, and report link-building performance and campaign progress regularly.
- Adapt outreach strategies depending on client industry, niche, and project requirements.
- Create and edit written content such as guest posts, blog articles, and outreach copy to support link acquisition efforts.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar Link Building, Outreach, or SEO-related role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience managing high-volume projects across different industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine functionality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent time management skills and proactive ownership of tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when evaluating website quality and backlink opportunities.
- Comfortable asking questions, seeking guidance, and adapting to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on link building experience, preferably in an agency environment or working with competitive/difficult niches.
- Advanced proficiency in Ahrefs for backlink analysis and SEO strategy execution.
- Experience identifying spam websites and ensuring high-quality backlink placements that protect brand reputation.
- Strong negotiation skills when securing backlink opportunities and pricing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and internet marketing principles.
- Experience in customer-facing communication or client support roles.
- Ability to write or edit short-form content including blog posts, guest articles, and outreach copy.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and tools.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM - 12MN PHT
Work Setup: Home-based
