About the client:


We are a fast-growing Australian food company supplying supermarkets, airlines, and retail channels. We are building a strong outbound sales engine and are looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator & CRM Manager to support customer growth, database management, and communication across our brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Database Management
  • Build and maintain a full customer database
  • Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date

Track:
  • Leads
  • Contacts
  • Customer status
  • Sales opportunities
  • Ensure no customer opportunities are missed
  • Outreach & Communication
  
  • Send product updates and promotions via email campaigns
  • Use Mailchimp for customer communications
  • Work with internal teams on:
  • Campaign content
  • Product launches
  • Promotional activity
  • Follow up customer enquiries and responses
  • Sales Support

Complete:
  • New line forms
  • Product submissions
  • Pricing updates
  • Ensure customers always receive:
  • Current pricing
  • Accurate product information
  • Updates on new product ranges
  • Contact potential customers and book meetings for the Sales Team

What You MUST Be Good At
  • Extremely organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident with systems and data
  • Strong written communication
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Required Experience:
  • CRM experience (Monday preferred)
  • Email marketing experience (Mailchimp or similar)
  • Data research and lead generation experience
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • FMCG or food industry experience
  • Understanding of Australian retail and sales processes
