About the client:
We are a fast-growing Australian food company supplying supermarkets, airlines, and retail channels. We are building a strong outbound sales engine and are looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator & CRM Manager to support customer growth, database management, and communication across our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Database Management
- Build and maintain a full customer database
- Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
Track: - Leads
- Contacts
- Customer status
- Sales opportunities
- Ensure no customer opportunities are missed
- Outreach & Communication
- Send product updates and promotions via email campaigns
- Use Mailchimp for customer communications
- Work with internal teams on:
- Campaign content
- Product launches
- Promotional activity
- Follow up customer enquiries and responses
- Sales Support
Complete: - New line forms
- Product submissions
- Pricing updates
- Ensure customers always receive:
- Current pricing
- Accurate product information
- Updates on new product ranges
- Contact potential customers and book meetings for the Sales Team
What You MUST Be Good At - Extremely organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident with systems and data
- Strong written communication
- Proactive and self-motivated
Required Experience: - CRM experience (Monday preferred)
- Email marketing experience (Mailchimp or similar)
- Data research and lead generation experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- FMCG or food industry experience
- Understanding of Australian retail and sales processes
