Finance Analyst/ Management Accountant (Hybird Set-up - SM North Site)

Key Responsibilities:
 
Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain the Operational Summary Report (OSR) and EBITDA bridge, including budget vs actual, variance, and run-rate analysis.
• Analyse revenue, cost drivers, and margin trends, providing commercial insights and commentary to support decision-making.
• Reconcile data between ERP (Sage Intacct), Employment Hero, Splose, and other systems to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Support the Head of Commercial Finance in preparing monthly management reports, board packs, and business review decks.

Management Accounting

• Prepare cost packs and support vendor negotiations through accurate analysis of spend and savings trackers.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor savings and ROI trackers for marketing, referral, and program initiatives.
• Assist in the development of business cases, forecasts, and financial models for new initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation of reporting outputs across systems.

Financial Governance & Controls

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of GL classifications and reporting structures across brands and entities.
• Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts.
• Identify anomalies, risks, or data inconsistencies and escalate findings with recommendations.

 
 
Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA / CA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in management accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; expert-level Excel.
• Proficient in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow relationships.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Employment Hero, Splose, Power BI) highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

 
Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 5AM - 2PM Manila Time
