  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before submission.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain digital records and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Process incoming data from multiple sources including forms, reports, invoices, and client documents.
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Generate and update reports, summaries, and tracking logs for internal teams and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
  • Assist with database maintenance, data clean-up, and system updates when required.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document formatting, file management, and record archiving.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather, verify, and update required information.

Work Location

  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
