Job Description
This role is execution focused, with ownership over design for static ad design across clients, internal marketing, and day to day production tasks.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager, receiving clear briefs and direction, and will be responsible for delivering high quality, on brand creative efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities - Support the design and production of static creative across client accounts
- Produce graphics for organic channels
- Support design for newsletters, resources, and internal marketing materials
- Design branded pitch decks and presentations
- Support design for quarterly and annual internal decks
- Execute design tasks efficiently across multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain visual consistency across brands and deliverables
- Support the wider creative team with day-to-day design needs
Requirements: - Strong foundational skills in graphic design
- Confident using tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ability to follow briefs accurately and work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and deliverables
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
- Open to feedback and eager to develop design skills
Nice to Have: - Experience designing for paid social ads
- Understanding of performance marketing creative
- Familiarity with e-commerce or DTC brands
