Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Use effective questioning and listening techniques to understand customer needs.
  • Ensure each customer interaction results in a positive and efficient experience.
  • Provide accurate product, service, or transaction information.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Use initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.

    Qualifications & Experience
    • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call centre roles preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good computer literacy and ability to use customer support tools

  • Work set up: Homebased
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM -7:00 AM MNL
