Customer Service Agent

Work set up: Hybrid (Eastwood, Quezon City)
Schedule:9am-6pm UK Monday to Friday


Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in guiding customers through the entire process. The main focus will be from first inquiry to delivery. However on occasions up to final installation and any issues that may arise. You’ll be assisting customers via chat, and email, providing expert knowledge and exceptional service. On occasions you will be expected to call the customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and master the ins and outs of our products
  • Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with:
    • Understanding product options and placing orders
    • Measuring windows for proper fit
    • Installation guidance and troubleshooting
    • Advising on delivery
  • Provide clear, step-by-step support to ensure customer confidence
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment teams to resolve any issues
  • Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude at all times
Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Representative role is patient, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn the technical aspects of our products.
  • They should be comfortable guiding customers through measuring, ordering, and installation over phone, chat, and email, while remaining calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
  • Candidate will need to multi task and be able to self manage their work load to ensure a quick turn around.
