Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assigned to support the janitorial execution by monitoring IVR compliance, confirming scheduled services, and conducting QC follow-up calls. 

Responsibilities
Work Order Execution
  • Monitor IVR compliance daily
  • Confirm services scheduled for next-day completion
  • Conduct QC calls after service completion
Vendor & Client Communication
  • Complete calls to vendors and stores
  • Log communications accurately
  • Escalate missed IVR or non-compliant vendors
Documentation & Systems
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready records
  • Log IVR, Confirmations & QC information accurately
  • Ensure to update client system with all required notes
Process & Team Adherence
  • Follow recurring monitoring SOPs
  • Support RSCs with compliance reporting
  • Follow checklists
Time & Workload Management
  • Complete daily monitoring and task within required timeframe
Requirements and Skills (Must Have):
  • At least 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Customer service/phone skills, verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, organized, motivated, ability to multitask.
 Work Schedule:
  • Thursday - Monday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM / 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Manila time
  • With a possibility of shifting schedule and weekend work
 Work Location
  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
