Responsibilities:

• Order management
  • Crowdfunding
  • E-commerce
  • Ad-hoc orders
• Spare parts processing requests
• Customer service
• Misc administrative tasks to support other Back Office team members

 
Experience needed:

• 3+ years experience in a customer service role
• Worked within an e-commerce environment

 
Skills and attributes needed:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to identify problems and suggest possible solutions
• Strong organisational skills
• Follows processes well
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers.
• IT Literate especially competency in google workspace tools
• Competency working with spreadsheets, this involves formatting, basic formulas, functions such as VLOOKUP
• Competency using other business applications
• Ability to work within a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise workload.

 
Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
