Goals and Objectives The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the timely and effective management of customer orders on a daily basis. This order management role is the key link in communication with our customers for order questions and works closely with our Warehouse and our Business Units to ensure that every order is processed correctly and efficiently. A high attention to detail and strong customer service skills are required in the position, along with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Process incoming orders via EDI, phone, and email.
- Assist with order queries, including ETAs, delivery and courier enquires
- Manage order changes, split deliveries, and forward orders.
- Resolve order issues and/or escalate to the team leader.
- Process customer payments.
- Liaise with sales, product managers, warehouse, and couriers to provide the upmost service for our customers.
- Support the Account Managers, Assistant Product Managers and Product Managers when required.
Skills and Competencies - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver the right outcome.
- Both your written and verbal communication is clear, concise, and confident.
- You can multitask and have strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- You can work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, you understand customers' needs and requirements.

- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
