An Australian-based civil engineering and consultancy firm that provides expert support across the full lifecycle of infrastructure and construction projects. Founded in 2014, the company operates primarily in the civil, mining, and construction sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analysing and preparing tender estimates, budget estimates and other cost related proposals in a timely manner working closely with client leaders, key stakeholders, and internal senior management
  • Preparing and presenting clear and accurate information for tender reviews
  • Developing innovative tender solutions through the knowledge of latest design and/or construction techniques to deliver high quality outcomes
  • Attending tender meetings, and contributing to the development and execution of a tender strategy
  • Creating and maintaining detailed libraries, templates and up to date knowledge of civil construction
  • Gathering, updating, and reviewing historical cost data
  • Other tender related tasks as requested.
Software
Highly proficient in selected estimating software, including:
  • Expert Estimation (2014 & Genesis)
  • Candy Estimating
  • Benchmark
Intermediate in programming software, including:
  • Asta Power Project
  • MS Project
  • Prima Vera P6
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management or related field of study
  • Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
  • Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (Hybrid - 10 office visits per month)
  • Eastwood, Libis
  • Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
  • Equipment will be provided by the company
  • Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
