Key Responsibilities:
 
UI Development

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and implement reusable, scalable UI components.

Component Design & Testing

• Create and document UI components using Storybook.
• Conduct component-level testing and ensure consistency across designs.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate mockups and prototypes into functional user interfaces.

 
Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Optimize front-end code for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
• Perform thorough testing of UI components, including functional and visual tests.

 
 
Qualifications:
 
Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive and scalable design.
• Proficient in using Storybook for UI component development and testing.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or Parcel).
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.

 
Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in front-end or UI development.
• Proven experience in creating reusable components and managing design systems.

 
Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 
 
Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with TypeScript in React applications.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• "Team players" typically have strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skill

• Cebu Office - 2nd Floor, Lexmark Plaza 3, Cardinal Rosales Ave. Cor Samar Loop, Cebu Business Park, 6000, Cebu City, Philippines
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
