The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies and web application development. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, modern Microsoft platforms such as Power Apps and Power BI, and building robust web applications. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and system integrations is a strong advantage.
 This role requires someone who can work across the full development lifecycle—from database design and backend logic to frontend implementation and system integration.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks
• Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Build and customize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Develop and maintain integrations between SQL Server, Business Central, and web applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best-practice development standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and programming against relational databases
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, including frontend and backend development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Knowledge of integrations between SQL Server, Business Central, and web platforms
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure

• Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 / 11AM - 8PM Manila Time
