The Role This position is responsible for work in conjunction with the development and infrastructure team members to ensure that development operational duties and projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues. These responsibilities will be completed under the supervision of the Applications Manager and the IT development team.
Key Responsibility - Design, develop, and maintain in-house systems and applications, including custom development, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, third-party products, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team and business units to conceptualise, design, and develop custom .NET solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide support and guidance to end users and fellow IT team members, ensuring effective use of systems and technologies.
- Assist key users across the business with accessing, utilising, and building custom solutions within in-house systems and various integration systems such as the ERP.
- Support the day-to-day administration of in-house systems, ensuring smooth operation and system performance.
- Create, manage, and maintain enterprise-level workflows, leveraging tools such as Nintex Workflows for automation and process efficiency.
- Manage end-user system requirements, ensuring that user needs are clearly defined, documented, and met within project scope.
- Maintain source code repositories, ensuring proper version control, code reviews, and collaboration practices are followed to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Perform code quality analysis using tools such as SonarQube, ensuring adherence to best practices and identifying areas for improvement in code quality and maintainability.
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures, including the implementation and management of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) to ensure security compliance.
Essential - Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web/intranet-based applications in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in .NET 5+ / .NET 6 / .NET 7, ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, T-SQL, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and Web API development.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, including services like Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database.
- Experience with SQL Server, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles in software development.
- Be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient, able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong programming background including authoring well-written, well-documented, modular, and clean code.
- Be organised, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritise tasks, and manage projects from concept to production.
- Able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end-user documentation.
Must be able to multitask and quickly adapt to change.
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Nintex or Power Automate is desirable (training will be provided).
- Experience with cloud-native services and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Work Location Work Schedule - Monday - Friday 10AM - 7PM Manila Time
