Job Description
  • Contributes the overall responsibility for the development team as team leader
  • Responsible for managing the tasks and delegate it to local developers
  • Single point of contact for the development team when communicating both to offshore
  • teams and headquarters
  • Contact person for the development team regarding development and organization
  • Ensures that the implementation is delivered on time
  • Control of attendance times and weekly reported hours of all team members
  • Contribute to improvement of existing process flow and overall Software life cycle
  • development
  • Responsible for the scrum process and the correct execution
  • Moderates scrum meetings
  • Protects the team from unauthorized interventions during the sprint
  • Functional testing of developed stories and bugs inside the current sprint
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement,
  • retrospectives).
  • Coach the team in Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and
  • refinement.
  • Remove impediments to the team's progress and foster a culture of continuous
  • improvement.
  • Protect the team from scope creep and ensure focus on delivering business value.
  • Track sprint velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics to optimize performance.

Work Arrangement
  • Home-based ; Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 1pm - 10pm
