Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team! As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating various reports, dashboards, and analyzes to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency. 

The role involves working with multiple data sources and tools, including Snowflake, Tableau, and others. You will be expected to create ad-hoc reports, maintain existing reports, and develop new reporting solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ad-hoc Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to address specific issues or inquiries where existing visibility is lacking. Utilize Snowflake to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
  2. In-Home Site Development: Develop and maintain an In-Home Site containing essential reports required for field operations. Streamline access to necessary reports to avoid the complexity of navigating through various reporting systems, particularly in Tableau.
  3. OKR Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain OKR (Objectives and Key Results) dashboards for the In-Home team, aligning them with organizational priorities. Ensure that these dashboards provide clear insights into performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Report Enhancement: Enhance frequently used reports by improving visualization, adding new features for better analysis, and optimizing exports. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Rejected Claims Analysis: Develop detailed analyses of rejected claims data down to the technical level. Identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, assisting in optimizing claims processing workflows.
  6. One-Stop Tech Report: Create a comprehensive "One-Stop Tech Report" that consolidates all relevant information for each technician in a single interface. This report should encompass performance metrics, compliance data, and parts management information sourced from multiple systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technical or operational environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, R, etc)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8PM - 5AM or 9PM - 6AM
