Job Description of Account Coordinator-
Must Have's:
- Proficiency in financial data entry and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent numerical accuracy
Nice to Have's:
- Hindi language skills (For Indian Candidates)
- Previous experience in property or rental management accounting
- Familiarity with Power Apps system
- Understanding of financial reporting
- Basic knowledge of Australian financial regulations
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly customer payments
- Manually update payment records in company system
- Conduct weekly financial reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly profit and loss reports
- Maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Support account manager with financial documentation
- Ensure zero errors in payment processing
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software
- Data entry expertise
- Basic financial analysis capabilities
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to Account Manager
- Collaborates with internal finance team
