The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional with excellent spoken and written English to support our digital marketing, business development, and online operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage website updates, content, and basic A/B testing.
● Manage social media posts, videos, keywords, and performance tracking.
● Conduct market, competitor, and lead-generation research.
● Manage email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
● Set up and manage CRM systems such as Splose.
● Support online course platforms, payment portals, and customer access issues.
● Post recruitment ads and maintain lead/prospect databases.
● Assist with product inventory and logistics.
● Identify and recommend new ideas to generate leads and grow the business.
 
Requirements:
● Excellent spoken and written English.
● Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, website management, or business development.
● Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.
● Comfortable learning and using different digital tools.
 
Work Schedule: M to F, 8:30am-5:30pm AEST / 6:30am to 3:30pm
Work Location: WFH
