We are a high-volume, premium wedding photography studio delivering timeless, true-to-life imagery for over 250 weddings per year. Our brand is built on fast turnaround, consistent quality, and an exceptional client experience.
We are expanding our offshore editing team to support our continued growth while maintaining our high standards.
Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our offshore team. You will be responsible for editing wedding galleries to match our signature style, ensuring fast turnaround times and consistent quality across all images.
This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, reliable, and thrives in a structured workflow environment.
Key Responsibilities - Edit full wedding galleries (800-1500 images) using Aftershoot and Adobe Lightroom
- Apply our signature preset/style consistently across all images
- Cull images to remove duplicates, blinks, and unusable shots
- Exposure & white balance corrections
- Colour grading to match brand style
- Cropping & straightening
- Basic retouching (skin, distractions, minor fixes)
- Ensure timeline delivery targets are met
- Upload/export final galleries correctly to our system
- Follow internal SOPs and workflows precisely
- Communicate with the team manager regarding progress and issues
Performance Expectations - Turnaround time:
- Sneak peeks: 24-72 hours
- Full galleries: 2-3 weeks
- Maintain consistent editing style across all weddings
- Meet weekly editing volume targets
- Minimal revisions required from QC team
Requirements - Proven experience editing wedding photography (nice to have)
- Advanced proficiency in: Aftershoot, Dropbox, Adobe Lightroom (essential), Photoshop (basic retouching)
- Strong understanding of: Natural skin tones, Lighting consistency, Colour balance
- Ability to work with large volumes efficiently
- Reliable internet and computer setup
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and oral English communication
Nice to Have - Experience with: IAftershoot / AI culling tools, Smart previews workflows
- Experience working with high-volume studios
- Familiarity with Dropbox / Google Drive workflows
Notes: - Homebased
- 7am to 4pm PH - must be flexible to work on weekends (if needed)
