About the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Time Video Editor to join our team. This is a production-focused role responsible for editing and delivering high quality video content across multiple formats and platforms for our founder-led clients.
You will be working across a range of content types — from long-form podcast and YouTube episodes through to short-form social media clips, trailers, and branded reels. Every piece of content you produce needs to look and feel polished, professional, and true to the brand it represents.

What you will be working on
- Full video and audio editing of podcast episodes — typically ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour.5 hours in length
- YouTube video editing — long-form and Shorts
- Short-form social media clips cut from long-form episodes
- Branded reels and social media content created from briefs
- Episode trailers designed to build anticipation and drive listens
- Podcast intro and outros
- Dynamic captions, text overlays, animations, and transitions
- B-roll integration, music selection, and visual effects
- Clean up the audio by removing imperfections, improving clarity, and ensuring a crisp, professional sound
- Adapting content to suit different platforms, formats, and brand styles
- Colour grading of video content

What we are looking for
 
Experience and skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software — We work in Descript and Capcut so exprience using these is a plus
- Strong audio editing skills — noise reduction, audio levelling, clarity improvement
- Ability to create dynamic captions, text effects, animations, and smooth transitions
- Experience with b-roll sourcing (including AI video) and integration, music licensing, and visual effects
- Ability to edit both long-form content and short-form social media content to a high standard
- Experience editing across multiple content formats — podcast, YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok
 
Content and creative ability
- A strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and what makes content engaging to watch
- Ability to watch a long-form episode and identify the key moments worth clipping
- Ability to understand a brief and execute it to the right look, feel, and energy
- Familiarity with trends in short-form content and what performs well on social platforms
- Ability to adapt your editing style to suit different industries, topics, and founder personalities
- Understanding of what makes a great trailer — the ability to build suspense, curiosity, and a reason to click

Work Schedule: 7am to 4pm PH
Work Location: WFH
