Role: B2B SaaS Telemarketing / Sales Executive
Work Set up: Hybrid
Work Schedule: 6AM - 3PM MNL
We are looking to engage a highly capable
B2B SaaS Telemarketing / Sales Executive to support our outbound sales efforts.
This is not a generic call centre role, we require an experienced SaaS salesperson who understands consultative selling into organisations.
About Us We are a Brisbane-based software company specialising in AI-driven solutions in Healthcare. Our products are sold into small to mid-sized practices all the way to enterprise organisations, and the sales cycle is consultative and value-driven.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting into targeted B2B accounts
- Engage decision-makers (Practice managers/Clinicians)
- Qualify opportunities using structured discovery frameworks
- Book qualified meetings and demonstrate softwares
- Accurately document all activity in CRM (Hubspot)
- Nurture prospects through structured follow-up sequences
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and reporting
Required Experience We are specifically looking for someone with:
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling software into small-medium size businesses
- Strong understanding of consultative / value-based selling
- Experience navigating gatekeepers and layered buying stakeholders
- Proven track record hitting outbound KPIs
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Quality of opportunity is critical. We are not looking for volume-based appointment setting — meetings must meet agreed qualification criteria.
