About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Onboarding & Sales Support Specialist / Welcome Team Advisor. In this role, you will help new customers get started with our services while providing excellent support and building strong relationships.


You will handle inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and emails, assist customers through the onboarding process, and introduce them to our services. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and achieving targets, this could be a great opportunity for you.


Work Setup

  • Location: Remote / Home-based (Philippines)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 10PM – 7AM Manila time
Key Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads as well as live chat.
  • Handling objections to encourage customer sign-ups.
  • Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.
  • Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.
  • Meeting set KPI’s for conversion rates, activity levels and sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, onboarding, sales or alternatively educated to a degree level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
  • Having tenacity and a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems.
