Tasks and Responsibilities:
  
Pricing
·         Ensure that the price lists are received from the vendor of their responsibility on a regular basis and that they have entered or removed appropriate products in the Relevant ERP system accounting and stock management system
·         Update pricing for USD vendors in Pronto when the exchange rate changes
  
Stock Management
·         Review stock in all warehouses on daily basis. Includes reviewing and controlling stock levels to meet supply demand based on reporting available in ERP system as well as forecast prepared together with business and product managers.
·         Prepare and review plans from different warehouses across the country to stock optimal stock levels. Work with the warehouses to ensure continuous supply to maintain these optimal levels.
·         Work with product managers on preparation of stock strategy per each brand. Ensure that stock is ordered at the right time and allows time for delivery from the supplier to prevent exhaustion of stock
·         Manage stock over 90 days – work with vendor to receive RMA numbers for Faulty, Discontinued and Stock Balancing rotations
·         Process customer return requests and submit onto the vendor
·         Work with vendor to ensure satisfaction with order placement – resolve any issues or obstacles
·         Work with vendor to track progress of each order and shipment and enter information in the system to ensure ETA is communicated to the company as well as to the customers.
·         Negotiate delivery terms and pricing with freight forwarders. Optimise pricing / service level combination to ensure optimal stock supply and distribution. Ensure pricing of freight is within the required levels both in terms of dollar value as well as percentage of stock value.
·         Work with Finance Department on reconciliation of invoices from both suppliers and freight forwarders. Ensure that correct instructions are issued so that transactions are properly reconciled in the system.
  
Sales
·         Work with Sales to help them with their enquiries nationally
·         Provide quoting assistance as required
·         Provide ongoing ETA information and explanation on whereabouts of the goods
·         Provide customer service to customers as required
  
Contract Management
·         Understand terms and conditions in contract and ensure all departments are across this
·         Review terms and conditions of contracts with freight forwarders and suppliers to optimise the processes. Revise information like master carton quantity, lead times and supplier policies to optimise inventory supply and distribution.
  
Customer Service
·         Manager vendor workbench and work with the SBU to resolve customer order issues by working with the relevant departments
·         Make available all appropriate sales tools and information to the Sales and Product Teams
  
Communication
·         Manage operations email mailboxes
·         Communicate at multiple levels with on vendor operational changes
·         Ensure all departments are kept up to date with the progress of their enquiries in a timely manner through relevant tools
  
Other
·         Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimise risks
·         Reporting as required for Customer or Vendor.
·         Follow client's policies, procedures and reasonable instructions at all times

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·         Good administrative skills and business writing skills
·         Sales background and skills
·         General industry experience
·         Good negotiation skills
·         General business knowledge and skills preferable
·         Good presentation skills and/or experience
·         In-depth product knowledge preferable
·         Relationship Building
·         Intermediate MS Office Applications
  
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm MNL time)
Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
Must be wiling to work (Office-based)
