Position Overview
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in expanding the company's customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role plays a key part in daily sales activities, customer service, logistics coordination, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support - Manage daily sales operations.
- Prepare quotations and order confirmations for customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Support lead generation activities and sales reporting.
Customer Relationship Management - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders to ensure timely communication and excellent service.
- Assist with customer onboarding by providing product information, samples, and marketing materials.
Order & Inventory Coordination - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track and update order statuses for customers and the sales team.
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages to the sales and inventory teams.
Reporting & Documentation - Generate sales activity reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials for meetings, trade shows, and events.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in the foodservice or packaging industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Interest or experience in sustainable products and environmental responsibility is highly valued.

Work Arrangement - Home-based ; Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 50 mbps)
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila Time
